SIOETC Signs Three-Year Strategic Supporting Partnership with CIPPE SIOETC – International Ocean Engineering Training Center is proud to announce the signing of a three-year Strategic Supporting Organization agreement with China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (CIPPE). CIPPE is widely recognised as one of the world’s largest and most influential oil & gas industry platforms, integrating high-level policy dialogue, academic leadership, advanced equipment exhibition, and global industrial collaboration.
